Prophets Jose and Nelly Carucci, both physicians, founded Decision Valley Ministry in 1986. Based in Austin, Texas, they have traveled extensively around the world, sharing the vision God gave them.
Betsy Mata
She is our Venezuelan National Director. She is a powerful instrument that God has used to collaborate with pastors in Valle de la Pascua, where a divine portal has been active since 1994. He has used her, by the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, to lead fasting and prayer movements to keep this divine portal active and to serve as a reference of what God can do in the entire nation.
Agustin Torres
He is Colombia’s National Director. He is a well-known Colombian minister whom God has used as an instrument to work with the pastors of Barranquilla. The activation of a divine portal in this city has resulted in an extraordinary transformation that has impacted the entire nation.
Maria Rodrigues
In Guyana, she is our National Director. She directs the ministry teams in charge of running fasting camps, prayer movements, and the school of prophets across the country. For many years, God has used the Valley of Decision to support the various denominations in the country of Guyana.
Gloria Gray
In Trinidad and Tobago, she is our National Director. She is a woman with a strong prophetic anointing on her life who has practiced fasting and prayer as part of her discipline of communion with God for many years. She directs the fasting and prayer movements, as well as the ministry’s School of Prophets in that country.
Enrique Romero Aguilar
Enrique is our Spanish & European Director. He is an experienced Minister of the Gospel, businessman and entrepreneur who believes that the anointing of Kings and Priests belongs to all of God’s children and that every disciple of the Lord must flow in both to attract multitudes of people for Christ in all nations of the earth.
