Fasting Centers
We will build a Fasting Center designed to create the necessary conditions for believers to feel comfortable fasting. A fasting center is like a clinic, but on a spiritual level. During fasting, the human body goes through a series of internal metabolic changes. As a result of all of these internal changes, the body necessitates appropriate facilities for fasting people to do so safely and comfortably.
A fasting center is specifically designed for individuals who will be consuming only water during their fasting days and, therefore, requires certain conditions that facilitate this practice.
A person who fasts requires comfortable and padded chairs to avoid back pain. Likewise, the climate in fasting centers should not be too cold, as it accelerates energy expenditure to maintain body temperature. If the environment is scorching, a similar phenomenon will occur. The idea is to maintain a temperate climate inside your facility—additionally, individuals who fast should be in a quiet environment, as their senses are heightened.
