Valley of Decision is a Prophetic Ministry founded in 1986 in Venezuela, South America. The corporate headquarters are in Austin, Texas, with regional offices in Colombia, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and Europe.

The Calling: A Vision of God for the World
Dr. José Ramón Carucci fasted for the seventh day in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1986. While praying, the Holy Spirit showed him in a vision the wonders and prodigies that He would perform in recent times among the Christian people. He saw a lovely setting with buildings designed to house thousands of people who came to worship the Lord Jesus Christ. He could see fire tongues in the sky above that location. It was the Holy Spirit’s unique, flowing, and powerful move on all of those people! As we can see in the original vision, that location served as a link between heaven and earth, i.e. a DIVINE PORTAL.
Believers came from all over the world. Even non-christian people were drawn by the wonders that God performed in that location! Many arrived hurt, defeated, tired, in desperate need of God. Others became ill, but those who surrendered to the divine action of the Holy Spirit emerged victorious, comforted, consoled, healthy, and renewed by God’s power. Hallelujah!
All displayed the glory of God in their lives, preached the word with power and boldness, signs and wonders occurred, the sick were healed, and the oppressed were delivered in the name of Jesus Christ.
It was a divinely empowered army. A worldwide transformational movement of the Holy Spirit! Seeing these manifest signs of God, millions of people accepted Jesus Christ as their Redeemer and King of their lives.
“Anyone who enters the Valley of Decision will not come out the same,” the Lord added.
The Lord’s anointing for Valley of Decision is the activation of Divine Portals, which in turn activate the transformation in cities and nations.
Founder Prophets
Jose Carucci
He was born in Venezuela and received his Medical Degree from the Central University of Venezuela in 1984. Until 1994, when he moved to the United States of America, he ran his own medical practice. He received specialized training in “Emotional Traumas” at the Traumatology Center of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, which is accredited by the Traumatology Institute of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
Vision International University of California awarded him a doctorate in philosophy in Christian Education. Dr. Jose Carucci conducts workshops, seminars, and conferences for Christian organizations around the world. He has written several books.
Nelly Carucci
She is originally from Colombia and graduated from the Central University of Venezuela’s medical school in 1987. Simon Bolivar University awarded her a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. She spent years working in various hospitals and private clinics before retiring in 1994. In the United States, she graduated from Logos Bible College in Miami, Florida, with a degree in Biblical Studies. She also holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Christian Education from Vision International University in Rapid City, South Dakota.
She has worked in Valley of Decision Global in a variety of capacities since its foundation in 1986.
